We design recipes according to taste request, and brew 'under contract' a wildlife inspired range of beers for 'From the Notebook Ltd' run by Dr Graeme Denton based in the Midlands.
We brew the Butterfly range and the Seabird range and of which we've just spotted a new review for the Arctic Tern 6% IPA
